Manufacturing & Geopolitical context

The deadlines indicated on each product are in the most optimal way, however following the current geopolitical context, global demands for international transport and raw materials, our deadlines may be impacted as for all manufacturers, this constitutes a case of force majeure. We are not able to know what the situation is for each product and we are doing our best to reduce these exceptional delays which have persisted for months on a global scale. Certain transports to transport materials essential to the manufacturing of our products are sometimes unavailable or the basic product itself at the time of manufacturing, then becomes available again, etc. We must therefore each time adapt as best as possible depending on the type of products manufactured. Fortunately the situation is changing every day but will last for a few more months and we hope to return to normal quickly.

Manufacturing

For each product an estimate of the manufacturing time is indicated.
But it may turn out that your order exceeds our stocks and that we are obliged to manufacture the totality of your order, for example, to keep the products homogeneous as well as possible.

If your order is a so-called "special" production, the lead times can generally be multiplied by three due to the specific nature of your request.
The ideal is to inquire by contacting us beforehand.
Please note that no withdrawal period is possible if the order indicates a customization or a special production.

Preparation of the order and shipping

For each product an estimate of the shipping time is indicated.
The shipping time is when we hand over your product to our carrier.

Then, in the case of a home delivery, it will contact you to offer you delivery slots.


Withdrawal of your purchases on site in south of France

In the case of a withdrawal of your purchases in our premises, it is imperative to arrange an appointment for your withdrawal of goods.
We will not be able to give you your product if the appointment is not scheduled at least 7 working days before.

Pick up on site

By making an appointment, you can pick up your order at one of our collection points.

From the small decorative products to the larger furniture, Royal Art Palace ensure a delivery service all over the world.

Several delivery methods are available and vary according to the weight, size, fragility of your items and also, your delivery location.

You will find below the details of the steps and particularities of delivery modes.

Delivery DPD

For small parcels without furniture and less than 30kg (decorative item, small chandelier ...) your delivery will be made by:

Usually, for each order of items in stock, shipping will be make in 7 working days after payment receipt.

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail containing the parcel ID and a link to track the delivery.

This delivery is against signature, provides two passages of the delivery men from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6pm (there is no appointment time for your delivery), to address of your choice, prior informed when you order (home, office ...). We remind you that the presence of a person to receive and check your package is mandatory.

We invite you to submit all the necessary information (telephone number, security code ...) to ensure smooth delivery.

If you are not at home, the package will be presented a second time at your request or to withdraw the Exapaq center or local correspondant nearest you. The deadline to collect your order and contact the removal center will be accessible directly from the carrier site Exapaq or phone (standard rate number).

Usually, for every order of items in stock, the shipment of your order is made within 7 days of receipt of your payment.

The carrier will contact you by telephone as soon as possible to arrange an appointment at your convenience from Monday to Friday.

We remind you that the presence of a person to receive and check your package is mandatory.

Warning : The delivery of your order means to the front door, so plan to be assisted through a voluminous items. However you can, make a request to the carrier that delivery you on upper floors and in the room of your choice. This will result in additional costs that we are not dependent. If you wish, we can also study for you with the help of the carrier special delivery request, the additional cost will be your responsibility.

Receipt of your order

Important : You must check the contents of your package upon receipt and before sign any paper.

Indeed, no claim will be taken into account if you do not clear any damage or breakages found on the delivery note.

Take into account also that the words "subject to unpacking", "subject to proper functioning" or any mention does not specify the nature of the problem are not admissible.

Delivery costs

Delivery charges are automatically calculated during checkout and depend on the nature of it (weight and volume) and your location.

Generally, the amount is set automatically during checkout when you are identified with “Your account”, and calculated based on the delivery address chosen.

If you do not have an account, the order form will suggest the account creation simply and without losing purchases that is in your cart.

In some cases, your order may require a specific quotation (delivery-area, quantity ...). This is indicated, following the confirmation of your address,  at the step transport fees by option “carrier quote request”. Our team is studying the best solution for the shipment of your order and mail informs you when the estimate is made.

For delivery of items of big volume or multiple quantity order, a “quote carrier” is offered during the course of your order to step transportation costs.

For this, a period of 7 to 15 days must be added to the delivery time initially indicated.

Indeed, to ensure the best solution delivery and the cheapest prices, our team is studying the best solution for the shipment of your order.

An e-mail will be sent within this time informing you of the cost and delivery dates.

We remind you that the products offered by Royal Art Palace are handcrafted by our craftsmen, making each copy a single model. However, this process requires a reasonable processing time, usually 4 to 8 weeks, adding to the usual delivery time, to ensure a quality piece of furniture fashioned in the traditional way.

Our team is at your disposal and strives to satisfy you as soon as possible.

Return

Particular attention is paid to the quality of our items and parcels, however it may happen that you are not fully satisfied and want to return a product.

To do this, go to the section “Your Account” and then “History and details of my orders”.

Go to the details of your order and select the product you want to return.

Click “Generate a return”, then print or write the address of our warehouse manually and paste it on your shipment.

Always looking to improve the quality of our services, we invite you to comment on the reason related to the return of your purchase.

Returns must be made in 14 days from the date of receipt of the items.

You can :

  • - Either refuse delivery during his presentation, which will incur no cost to you, your order will be immediately returned, and the refund will be effective as soon as possible (average of 15 days after receiving the items in our office).
  • - or return the goods by your own means and at your expense. You will be free to use the carrier of your choice or to pay the price initially paid + 30%. The items must in the best case be returned in their original packaging and imperatively accompanied by their pallet for palletized products. Refund will be effective within 15 days after reception and verification of products.

Warning : if you do not proceed to verify the good conditions of items ordered as mentioned in the section Recept your order and if a product is damaged, return costs will be borne by you.

After Sale Service

Particular care is taken to the quality of our items as well as to rigorous quality controls, however it may happen that you are not fully satisfied during the period covered by the warranty and that you wish to have the product supported by after-sales service.

To do this, please send us an e-mail contact with photos and descriptions.

Then when we have answered you, go to the section “Your account” then in “History and details of my orders”.

Access the details of your order, then select the product you wish to return.

Click on “Generate a return”, then print or manually write the address of our warehouse and paste it on your shipment.

Always concerned with improving the quality of our services, we invite you to leave a comment on the reason for returning your purchase.

The goods requiring an after-sales service must be returned to our premises by your own means and at your expense.
The return home and the repairs will of course be at our expense.

Items must be in the best case returned in their original packaging and imperatively accompanied by their pallet for palletized products.

The actual treatment of your item or yours items will be processed as soon as possible after receipt and after verification of the good condition of the products received.

Please note: if you have not checked that your order is in good condition as mentioned in the Receipt of your order section (explained by e-mail and on the fluorescent label of each package) that a product is damaged and you return it to us anyway, the return costs will be borne by you. You will be free to use the carrier of your choice or to pay the price initially paid + 30%.
